CCTV Technician
Job Summary:
The CCTV Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance systems and related equipment. This role involves working with clients to assess their security needs, ensuring that systems are functioning properly, and providing technical support as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
The CCTV Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance systems and related equipment. This role involves working with clients to assess their security needs, ensuring that systems are functioning properly, and providing technical support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment according to specifications and client requirements.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with existing surveillance systems, including hardware and software problems.
- Client Consultation: Work with clients to determine their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests, including documentation of system configurations.
- Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades and the integration of new technologies as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and staff, including training on system operation and functionality.
- Compliance: Ensure that installations comply with local laws and regulations regarding privacy and surveillance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Electrical, electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems; familiarity with various brands and technologies.
- Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of networking and IP-based camera systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
