SeniorCCTV technician
Job Summary:
The Senior CCTV Technician is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced surveillance systems. This role requires extensive technical knowledge and experience in CCTV technology, as well as the ability to lead projects and mentor junior technicians.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

The Senior CCTV Technician is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced surveillance systems. This role requires extensive technical knowledge and experience in CCTV technology, as well as the ability to lead projects and mentor junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Design and plan CCTV systems based on client requirements, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality.
- Installation: Oversee and perform the installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing systems, troubleshooting complex issues effectively.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to clients and team members, addressing system inquiries and resolving operational challenges.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices for installation and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and system configurations for future reference.
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their security needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with installed systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local laws and regulations regarding privacy and surveillance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical,electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, with a proven track record of managing projects.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of CCTV technologies, including IP and analog systems.
- Proficiency in networking and understanding of video management software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
