Career Counsellor: (Higher Education Sales) Work Location : Hyderabad (KPHB Colony) Experience: Minimum of 2-3 Years in Education Sector consultative sales. About the Role: Career Counsellor is the face of Re Bridge Education for all our aspiring students & professionals and will help them to understand how to leverage from Online / Distance learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasises on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities. Roles & Responsibilities
Will have to do consultative sales with prospective customers
Understand Customer profiles & interests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling.
To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries.
Learn/Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.
Have good communication skills in English with good telephone etiquette.
To be comfortable working from office for 6 days in a week
Should have Keen interest in education counselling, Knack for sales and in mentoring.
Should be Target driven with a problem-solving approach.
Desired Skills:
Any Graduate / Post graduate degree
Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent
Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.
Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
