Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. As a Calling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing information, and assisting in resolving any queries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Inform clients about the company's products and services.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert language proficiency].
- Ability to handle a large volume of calls efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
