Branding and Marketing Executive
Job Title: Branding and Marketing Executive Location: Bengaluru Department: Marketing Reports To: L&D Head Job Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Branding and Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies to increase the visibility of Caring with Colour across digital, print, and social platforms. The executive will work closely with the Branding and Marketing Manager to implement creative campaigns, promote the organization's mission, and enhance community engagement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Implementation:
Assist in executing marketing and branding campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and outreach programs that align with the organization’s mission and vision.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and maintaining regular posts to drive follower engagement and growth.
Track social media analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Creation:
Support content development for newsletters, blog posts, videos, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Brand Awareness:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging.
Monitor trends and best practices in the education and non-profit sector to inform new strategies and ideas.
Partnership & Outreach:
Support partnership initiatives with schools, non-profits, and other organizations that align with Caring with Colour’s mission.
Help coordinate media outreach and manage relationships with influencers and press contacts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and branding efforts.
Analyze data to assess effectiveness and propose improvements for future campaigns.
Qualifications
Masters’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for education and social impact.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is an advantage.
Familiarity with SEO and content management systems is a bonus.
About Caring with Colour – A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative Caring with Colour (CWC) is a non-profit organization in India focused on improving the quality of education in government schools.
