Banking Associate
We are seeking an experienced Banking Associate to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the banking industry, only from Ludhiana and a strong understanding of banking operations, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Handle customer transactions, queries, and complaints
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in banking or a related field
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a commerce
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA)
