Back Office Executive (Operations Insurance)
Requirements: - Soft spoken and professional attitude, with a strong emphasis on excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. - Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to manage emails effectively and professionally. - Strong calling skills for client follow-ups and inquiries. - Proven negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and rates. - Previous experience in insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.
