Collect, organize, and verify all necessary documents from clients for visa applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and maintain immigration application files in accordance with company procedures and government regulations.
Coordinate with clients to obtain any additional required documentation or information.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, related to immigration inquiries and applications.
Maintain accurate records and databases of client information, visa applications, and other relevant data.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews for clients with immigration officers or consultants.
Collaborate with immigration consultants to resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or application processes.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, providing updates on their application status, and offering assistance throughout the immigration process.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the company's services.
Work closely with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and effective communication.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to immigration processes.
