- Costing for Quotation (Co-ordination with dept)
- Offer preparation and send to client ( with Cost sheet & margin Sheet)
- Offer Follow up- Through Phone / Mail
- der Conversion- (Internal Order booking & follow up with team)
- SO Preparation as per PO
- Internal BOM preparation from concerned Dept.
- Material arrangement, Dispatch & Billing
- Engineer planning (For MHE Installation, MHE CCD work & Complaint)
- Arranging for Site dimension planning/Visit of Engineers with clear details (As n when visit from your end)
- IOM Preparation & dispatch with Approval from concern Div.
- Responsibility of returnable material which are at site during installation
- MIS
- Monthly Installation Report With all cost & expanses
- Day to day updated Complaint
- AMC Service Data
- Month wise Spare Order Updation
- Spares Order data which pending for dispatch
- Co ordinate with sales team for Overdue Payment Sheet
- Report require for Problem faced during Installation work
- E&C Tools Tackles Records
- TA DA Voucher Checking & TA DA Advance to engg.
- Other office Coordination work (Non Technical work) (BILLING & COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENT)
- Technical Query Solution (With keeping in loop to Design / Sales / Mgmt)
- MHE Installation related communication with client
- MHE - CCD Installation related communication with client
- Technical discussion for MHE - CCD quotation with concerned dept.
- Monthly Engineer Presence Report
- Monthly Engineer Presence Report
- New Project data collection & GAD discussion
- Site Visit as per requirement (Before and After Installation)
- Contractor Finalization with Approval
- Contractor Work Order Preparation
- Internal meeting related to MHE & MHE CCD
- Support to Sales Team for business generation
- `Incentive to Engineer (MHE - CCD)
- Incentive to Engineer (MHE) with coordination of MHE CSD
- Inquiry Record & updation generated through MHE CCD Engg.
- Proper record and filing of physical documents related to installation & Other MHE CCD works.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
