Thoroughly review POC documents, including invoices, receipts, reports, and other supporting materials, to verify completion of specified tasks, milestones, or deliverables.
Verify that all required documentation is included and properly organized in POC submissions, maintaining a clear audit trail.
Continuously review and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to process improvement initiatives. Coordinate resources and activities to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
Answering process users questions and providing process support for those needing to follow the procedure.
Addressing any issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people to ensure expected process outcomes are achieved.
