- Candidate has to handle the Shifts Operations in all Shifts
- Should be able to analyse the production issues and timely resolution.
- Provide support to the subordinates during shifts & Post Production, also able to handle the manpower in Shift Operations.
- Coordination between mould Station configuration to planner and execution team.
- Verification of plan orders, seconds order creation, verification of scrapping and repairing.
- Consolidated reports to be prepared during shift operation.
- Analysis of previous day activities and corrective actions against deviations during the production.
- Special order tracking mails to be shared to the seniors like MTO, Export reports.
- Active Participation required in 5S and lean Management for respective zones.
- Candidate has to resolve the conflicts
- Optimizing resources in shifts and ensuring quality.
- Required BE/Btech (Mechanical)
