- Knowledge of present industry and industry applied for.
- MBA/ PGDBM à specialization in marketing/sales/ communications or related field.
- Sales experience min. 7-8 years (FMCG preferable or footwear) à at-least 2-3 years in 2nd level.
- For NE à Footwear experienced candidates are preferable (Brands like – Relaxo/ Paragon/ Khadim’s/ Ajanta).

Sales track records à past two years (growth/ loss in sales):
- In case of loss in sales vis-s-vis LFY (last financial year) à justification for the same.
- Min. execution of Microsoft office / excel for effective data interpretation/ juggling.
- Should be able to handle a team of min. 4-5 sales team………….at-least should have handled 3-4 sales team directly under him/ her in the present company.
- Should have the minimum geographical knowledge of the area/ state and language (prefarable).
- T.O handled à Based on company presence and distribution network.
- Negotiation skills with channel partner à Good.
