Designation : Chef
Location: Hojai Assam
Qualification: Hotel Management graduate.
Experience: 5 Years.
Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning:
- Design and develop creative, high-quality menus that meet customer preferences.
- Food Preparation:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Kitchen Management:
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, taste, and presentation.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory, including ordering ingredients and controlling food costs.
- Hygiene Standards:
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Training & Development:
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Cost Control:
- Monitor food and labor costs, aiming for efficient use of resources.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Innovation:
- Keep up with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
