Position Overview: As a Territory Manager in SFM sales, He will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for Weeder & New Products as focused Products within his assigned territory and gathering market information in the assigned region. Network appointment with respect to Weeder Business development in assigned Territory. Key Responsibilities: · Improve sales Volume at Dealerships in the respective territories for Specifically for Weeder & New Products. · Scouting for dealers as per the established criteria and best fit to market. · Conducting Surveys to better understand customer needs. · Monitoring competitor’s sales activity within an assigned territory. · Develop, maintain, and review system and processes at dealership level. · Sales and technical support to dealer and customer. · Analyse and Develop your Team and Resources. · Assign Reps to New Sales Territories. · Keep an accurate and up to date record of its outcomes using your CRM. · Ensure Proper DMS Co-ordination at dealership and required Models Stock availability. · Successful execution of Project Chhatrapati & other strategies decided by the Organization. · Ensure generation of New Product HP in Weaker regions. · Execution of Market development (BTL) activities. Qualification Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related (Preferred). · Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders.
