Job Title: Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from conceptual design to final construction.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, landscape architects, and contractors.
Participate in project cost estimation, budget preparation, and value engineering efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative practices into designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed or certified architect (as required by local law).
3-5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in real estate development.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent visualization and communication skills.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
