The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC systems and robotic automation. This role involves working closely with our engineering team to develop and implement advanced automation solutions for our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated systems.
Program and integrate industrial robots for various applications, including welding, material handling, and assembly.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC and robotic systems to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and specifications.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams.
Maintain and update documentation for all PLC and robotic systems.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
Extensive experience with robot programming, including brands like Yasakawa, ABB, FANUC, KUKA, or similar.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and automation standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial automation.
