Job description:-
Portray and display the most professional image of the organization to the relevant communities at all times.
· Liaison with local tuition teachers to reach students of schools where we could not crack
· Collect data from IELTS exam centres in their assigned territories
· Generate database from Schools and other sources
· Basic counselling to parents/Students in the field and guiding leads from local market activities to the branch
· Approach institutions for the conduct of mock tests on a regular basis.
· Plan and execute various marketing activities within assigned region
· Keeping close eyes on competitors & sharing the updates with branch heads/management
· Maintain correct database of contacts and institution status in the googly drive sheet of schools and colleges
· Planning, tracking & ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives
· Promote heavily the events and education fairs organized by the corporate
· Calling on Lead provided by HOD.
· Counselling of students who come for admissions.
· Follow-up to students for admissions & handling other issues of newly admitted students.
· File preparation for admissions & maintaining database.
· Handling Reception whenever required.
· Fee recovery of newly admitted students.
· Handling Grievances of students.
· Developing and maintaining an active liaison with old students to find opportunities in their fields.
· Participate in academic activities as when required.
· Must be having efficient knowledge of counselling.
· Must be hard-working and a quick learner.
· Can accept the challenges/targets and achieve them in a timely manner.
· Must be confident and have a pleasant personality.
Eligibility:
Education: Graduation
Good to have: MBA
Experience: Relevent 2+ Years Exp. with Good Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time, Day shift 9 Am To 5 Pm, 6 Days working in a week.
Salary: Depends on interview.
