Outreach Coordinator Job Description Under the general direction of the Director, oversee the planning, organization, implementation, and assessment of outreach initiatives and activities; develop and execute a variety of activities and workshops designed to engage with school students; provide potential students with assistance, and referrals to appropriate programs; support high school counselors’ efforts to engage high school students in planning for college application; supervise classified staff and student workers assigned to outreach; coordinate the involvement of students, staff, and faculty in scheduled activities; and contribute to growth targets. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus-wide outreach projects and activities, including local high schools, community organizations, and partners.
Serve as liaison and work collaboratively with school counselors in the development and implementation of coordinated marketing and outreach activities.
Coordinates and participates in outreach activities targeted at students from class 10 to class 12 and provides feedback on such workshops and activities.
Monitor and assist in the identification of outreach needs of the schools, its general demographics, and barriers to access; make appropriate service recommendations.
To build deep knowledge about ISBF and its programme offerings with the London School of Economics (LSE) and University of London, and to stay abreast of latest institutional developments.
Required to achieve a set target for conducting a certain number of workshops, generating a targeted number of leads, and converting the leads into admissions.
Desirable Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, social services, or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in college and school outreach and admissions .

Implement complex matrix of outreach services.
Knowledge of courses offered at ISBF and completing courses offered by other institutes.
