- Hiring Interns
- Managing a team of interns
- Providing personalized counseling to prospective admissions.
- Guiding students through the admissions process.
- Converting inquiries into admissions.
- Making calls to new inquiries.
- Conducting regular and timely follow-ups with prospective students through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Meeting personal monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.
