Full job description
We are hiring for Admission counsellor at all our locations PAN India. Intersted candidate can apply, we will consider your application for your preferred location.
1. Assisting parents through the admission process
2. Updating student details in Leadsquare software
3. Timely follow-up on existing database
4. Updating School's Social Media page
5. Plan and Execute Marketing Activities including ATL and BTL within the allocated marketing budget
6. Checking school's website
7. Checking school listings on Google
8. Corporate Tie-ups
9. Maintaining records and preparing reports
Skill Sets Required
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.
○ Familiar with planning and execution of marketing activities (ATL, BTL & Digital).
○ Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
○ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
○ Time-management skills.
○ Proficiency in using CRM software.
○ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
○ Understanding of using Social Media platforms
○ Experience in event planning and coordination.
Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, salesor a related field, with a proven track record of success in both areas
Qualification – Any Graduate (B.Sc., B. Com, BBA, B.A.)
Targets – increase new admissions by 20% as compared to previous year
