Role Overview:
As an Admission Counsellor at CGC, you will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process via calls, emails, and one-on-one sessions. Your goal is to help students apply and meet performance-based targets.

- Guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Engage with leads via phone and email to promote CGC programs.
- Provide personalized counseling and meet admission targets.
- Maintain student database and prepare reports.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the admission cycle.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Prior counseling, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (freshers welcome).
- Only female candidates are required.
