Admission counsellor Responsibilities:
· Handle Calls - Inbound – Outbound.
· Follow Up on leads generated through various sources.
· Handle inquiries via phone/email.
· Update internal portal.
· Forms, ensure timely submissions.
· Coordinate meetings with parents & students.
· Maintain positive relationships for effective team collaboration.
· Basic knowledge of computer.
