Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/college/ institutions.
E - Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as the same time when the executive shares the email immediately, After the visit, update in Whats App group.
Converting leads into successful admissions.
1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups.
2. Handle Different students' inquiries.
3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership
4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette.
5. Punctuality.
6. Respond to Students inquiries proactively.
7. Provide product and information to students.
8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.
