Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and co-ordinate meetings for Senior Management or CEO, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, relaying information and handling inquiries.
Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
