Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer with a good background in the GCC region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and supporting various departments in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, especially in relation to GCC laws and standards.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Administrative experience, preferably within the GCC region.
Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
