Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, both in digital and physical formats. Ensure that all records are updated and accurate.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff members as required.
Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure that they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Expense Management: Monitor and process office expenses, ensuring that costs remain within the allocated budget.
