Manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing travel.
Maintain records and filing systems.
Support HR and finance functions as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent communication skills.
