Job Title: Accounts Executive (Construction)
Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be having 2 -3 of experience in Construction company and possess advanced expertise in GST and TDS reconciliation, banking and funds planning, and will be adept in monthly and quarterly book closing processes. He will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and effective management of financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Conduct GST and TDS reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Develop and manage banking relationships, and oversee funds planning and cash flow management.
Execute monthly and quarterly book closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Monitor and address discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Experience needed:
We need atleast 2 + years of working experience in a construction company with a stable background.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in accounting management in a construction company
In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation processes.
Good understanding of Construction invoices and payments
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
