3PL Operations Executive

1. Roles and responsibilities:
ü New vendor hiring
ü Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries
ü Managing local supply chain and logistics, active liaison with logistic partners.
ü Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits
ü Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
Taking care of all 3PL operations like vendor coordination for vehicle placement and vehicle tracking. Preparation of all operation documents like Dockets/THC/LR/Hire challan/Approval note and taking care of online bidding.
ü Bidding handling
ü Transporter onboarding
ü Timely Vehicle Payment (regular/adhoc)
ü Driving SOP of agreement agreed points i.e. timely POD, App Based Deliveries
ü Timely Debits
ü Vendor Management
ü Vendor Operations
ü Delivery point co-ordination
ü Account Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
