Your tasks:

• Preparation of spare parts lists and drawings of machines and machine units
• Preparation and managing of safety documentation for equipment to be integrated into customer projects
• Liaison with project managers and documentation creators of our international subsidiaries
• Adherence to deadlines, taking into account the production plan
• Close cooperation with the design departments (mechanical and electrical) and shipping to send documentation
• Keeping and cultivating statistics concerning the department

Your profile:

• At least a secondary technical degree
• Communication level English and / or German language skills (professional language skills advantage)
• CAD software knowledge (Auto CAD, Inventor knowledge advantage)
• Knowledge of relevant European standards (EC Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC) is an advantage
• Knowledge of word processing programs (Frame Maker advantage)
• Responsibility, high reliability, loyalty, commitment
