Your tasks:

• Managing the recruitment selection process;
• Managing the onboarding programme for new recruits;
• Liaising with assigned business area managers, acting as a contact person between the business and HR side;
• Ensuring that the HR related processes of the supported business areas are properly managed;
• Headcount needs follow up , supporting the HR related business strategy.
• Contribute to the management and organisation of training, education and training courses;
• Participation in the organisation of events: HR professional programmes, other events;
• Support for HR marketing activities;
• Preparing HR communication, in house announcement drsfts;
• HR documentation management.

Your profile:

• University degree (mainly in HR, economics, law)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the same field in the competitive sector
• Knowledge of modern HR systems (expl: Nexon)
• Active English knowledge communication level
• Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, ppt
• Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
• Systems thinking and analytical mindset
• English CV is required
• Residence in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Vármegye is an advantage
