How your typical day would go:
- Lead manufacturing team
- Efficient decision making based on department KPIs
- Drive for continuous improvement at all key deliverables by making the team succesful
- Be an active member of the business planning as member of the extended management team
- Create the environment of a safe and high-quality operation at his/her dedicated area
- Operates the fundamental systems of EHS, QA and Lean
- Communicate the goals and results and involve all employees to the continuous improvement activities
- Foster talents, energize tream work and collaborative business enviroment
- Collaborate with otrher departments and locations to deliver business result by implement best practices
- Engage and align people for the business goals
We will like you if you have:
- Engineering Bachelor degree or higher qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Minimum 3-5 years)
- Fluent English
- Ambition for continuous self-development
- Ability to evaluate numbers in a systematic view
- Situational leadership
- Initiatives, Self-confidence, result orientation
- Energized to accomplish business result with the team
- Ability to energize others
- Ability to coach and improve others
- Excellent communication skills
