In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and co-managing the payroll processes within our organization, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. This role typically involves a mix of administrative tasks, compliance with legal requirements, and collaboration with various departments.
LOCATION: Eger (on-site)
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Accurately implement payroll, tax and social security tasks
Update employee payroll profiles for new hires, terminations, salary changes or other adjustments
Prepare reports for management and finance, compile labour statistics
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
Actively participate in HR projects

For This Role, You Will Need:
Payroll and social security administrator qualification
5 years experience in payroll administration
Proficiency in Payroll/HR systems and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll procedures
Accuracy in calculations and record-keeping
High sense of HR controlling
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and in English as well for dealing with employees and management

High level of energy and dedication, initiative thinking and acting in complex organizational structures
Experience in multinational companies
