Recruitment Specialist (part-time)

Are you passionate about finding the right talent and building amazing teams? At Pronovix, we’re looking for a part-time Recruitment Specialist who loves connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment. What you’ll do:

Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Explore sourcing techniques to connect with top talent
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Coordinate and support the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a talent pipeline
Take part in additional HR activities, expanding your role and contributing to the team’s overall success

What you bring:

3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in tech or a related field)
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Talent for managing priorities and staying organized in a dynamic environment
Creativity and resourcefulness in finding new ways to engage with candidates
A problem-solving mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for growth
