Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Coordinate and support the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a talent pipeline
Take part in additional HR activities, expanding your role and contributing to the team’s overall success
What you bring:
3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in tech or a related field)
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
