Process Technology Specialist - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?
Overall mission:
As a food technologist in Givaudan's production facility in Makó, your mission is to handle high-quality flavor formulations that meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards. You'll conduct experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and ensure product consistency. Your creativity and technical expertise will guide the development of flavors that delight consumers and enhance their culinary experiences.
You will be located in Makó, directly reporting to the Process Technology Manager (#LI-Onsite).
You will:

Manage Makó product portfolios, support production planning locally and regionally
-
Work together with regional development laboratories on Makó related projects
-
Manage new product industrialization process
-
Accomplish experimental and production trials
-
Provide technological expertise during product transfers processes
-
Manage production scale-up activities
-
Support new products and support new technology introductions
-
Provide technological support in cost reduction projects and improve quality consistency of technological processes
-
Support local raw material sourcing with functionality testing
-
In case of emergency situation coordinate and support process trouble shooting activities
-
Establish technology procedures (SOP)
-
Sustain and control existing technologies and enforce the behavior to respect them by others
-
Formula change management
-
Identify formula change needs and provide technological support for flavor modification, accomplish the agreed trials
-
Manage global, regional and local Process Technology/Innovation Projects
-
Participate in projects of Process technology/Innovation responsibility
-
Lead and reporting quality improvement and waste reduction projects
-
Be involved in case of any product transfer related topics
General rules

Ensure conformity with food safety (HACCP) and quality management regulations (e.g. FSSC 22000)
-
During work, you will keep the Food Safety principles in mind and strive to increase food safety awareness in all circumstances.

Comply with Health and Safety and Fire protection regulations.

Comply with management regulations and other directives and act.
You:
-
University/college degree in food technology/chemistry
-
Fluent in English & Hungarian languages
-
1+ years of experience in Food Industry
-
Basic knowledge in chemical analytical techniques and methods
