Sampling Administrator - Mako (Hungary) - Your future position?
Overall mission:
Support the Sampling production team with raw material and planning related issues, work together with different functions internally. You will report to the Sampling Manager and be located in Makó, Hungary.
You will:
- Check daily Material Request Plan (MRP, ATP) results on the raw material requirements
- Control of deliveries including reminders to suppliers
- Monitor of order confirmations ex suppliers
- Manage exceptions and coordinate necessary actions
- Communication to Requestors regarding delays or quantity changes
- Ensure steady information flow among other local and foreign department interfaces (Purchasing, QM/QC, Production, Warehouse, and sampling departments)
- Maintain Master Data of RM and FG in case of locally produced and imported materials from affiliates (like religious and stock placement data setup)
- Participate in RM and FG related projects, e.g. Product Transfers
- Partner with other Affiliates
- Give information on forecast if necessary in cooperation with local and central buying.
- Handle the department related system issues like: IDOC, Ask Me, bypass
- Manage and test the department related systems as SAP, LCMS, ATLAS, and Ask Me
- Receive, prepare and manage sampling requests by to taking into consideration the meet customer needs, urgency level and department load
- Manage and analyze stock and stock level physically and in IT systems
- Monitor and report: service level, cost (shipping / discard cost), complaints
- Responsible for other jobs given by your manager (Sampling Manager) related to your position
- Coordinate the incoming and outgoing transport regarding to your area
- Coordinate transport complaints and implement corrective solution within due time
- Accomplish all administration tasks related to transport and sampling area
- Be representative of your area towards t broker companies and other organizations
- Monitor the deliverable of the forwarder companies, identify deficiencies and advise corrections.
You:
- College/University Degree
- IATA certificate
- 1+ years of experience in the fields of production planning and inventory management
- SAP, LCMS, ATLAS, FPR, and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Fluency in English, native Hungarian knowledge
