Responsibilities & Requirements:
What do you need for this job:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Completed a Business/ IT / Supply Chain / Sales related secondary studies or bachelor’s degree
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Any additional languages is an advantage
- Flexibility and ability to cope with process changes
- Team player
- Relevant finance / supply chain / IT / data analyst experience is an advantage
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Advantage if You have experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP)
- Perform supplier validation calls within the agreed timeline
- Ensure data accuracy
- Works closely with business and IT to assure alignment of master data rules
- Perform and support master data audit if required
- Learn and understand master data related controls for local and legal/SOX requirements
- Provide input and ensure accuracy of monthly reports (KPI, audit) as necessary
