In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – Customer calls/emails, outstanding payment reconciliations and constantly following up with customers.
- Responding to internal and external customer account inquiries, supporting issue resolution related to the status of customer accounts, documenting status of collection efforts.
- Ensuring that all protocols, laws, and regulations are followed to collect payments efficiently.
- Investigating credit hold issues, suggesting payment options to be approved and assisting the credit decisions by providing timely and accurate information.
- Establishing and maintaining effective and coordinated working relationships with external customers and other departments (AR, Credit Control, Sales & Customer Operations).
- Embracing CI mentality to support standardization and simplification.
- Other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by the manager.
Who You Are: You are proficient in both Italian and English and hold a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance (equivalent experience is also acceptable). You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You are a self-starter, motivated, organized, meticulous, independent, and versatile great teammate. It is a plus if you have working experience in a multinational environment or Shared Services team.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree (studies in Business Administration, Accounting or related field is an advantage).
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
