What is the job about? Apply specialist Learning & Development knowledge with a degree of business insight. May have some degree of functional responsibility.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide specialist knowledge and consultancy on all aspects of L&D area to the business, including analysis and recommendations
Design, deliver and execute L&D content
Alignment and close collaboration with SME, HR admin and local contact person if F2F training or webinar
Coordinate and execute on L&D deliverables in line with short- and long term needs of the business
Support the design, implementation and execution of DIV/Cx O HR deliverables to the business
Support the implementation of global concepts, framework, processes, standardized offerings and tools within L&D
Ensure quality, accessibility, and usability of Learning Design deliverables for both internal and external employees and partners
Your background We imagine that you have:
4-5 years of relevant work experience
experience driving developed processes within L&D
solid experience solid knowledge of planning, processes, execution of activities and projects within L&D
insights in and experience with the newest learning trends
great understanding of relevant systems, tool, processes, legal regulations
fluent in spoken and written English knowledge
stakeholder management skills
instructional Designer skills
digital learning software skills (e.g. Articulate/Captivate)
photo/video editing skills
content management skills
storytelling and communication skills
social Learning skills
community Engagement experience
