Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate L&D initiatives across four European markets, ensuring alignment with global L&D strategies while tailoring programs to local needs,
Identify and promote synergies between markets to share and scale best practices,
Drive consistency in L&D programs while allowing for necessary local adjustments to reflect cultural or legal differences,
Leverage existing local resources and success stories to maximize the impact of L&D efforts across the division,
Lead the integration of digital learning platforms and ensure the efficient deployment of learning solutions across all markets,
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with strategic business needs,
Manage the divisional L&D budget, optimizing resources and vendor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: University degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field,
Experience: 7-10 years of L&D experience, with 2-3 years in a regional or multi-market role,
Proven success in driving consistency in L&D programs across multiple markets,
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies,
Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms,
High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across different countries,
Fluency in English is required.
