Key Responsibilities:
Partner with market leaders and HR teams to develop HR strategies aligned with both local and European-wide goals,
Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development,
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and harmonizing policies,
Lead cross-border HR projects, such as shared recruitment strategies, harmonized compensation, and employee engagement,
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development,
Foster collaboration between HR teams and business leaders across different countries to optimize processes and promote knowledge-sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: University degree in HR, Business, or related field,
Experience: 7-10 years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a regional or multi-market role,
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a multi-country context,
Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks,
Expertise in change management and organizational development,
High level of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse teams,
Fluency in English is required.
