Role purpose

You will work on

• Build positive reputation for GBS’s service areas toward their key stakeholders
• Create and execute communication program for the specified service areas
• Create a sustainable communication network and enhance communication flow among key communicators (be an information hub to work against silos)
• Create a unified communication approach and ensure consistent content publication for service areas aligned with Hydro governance and branding and GBS business strategy
• Drive communication elevation via educating key communicators of service areas and by exploring and implementiong new ways to efficiently communicate to stakeholders
• Work closely and support service area lead teams to increase visibility toward employees and successfully market services toward partners
• Regular reporting toward service area lead teams

Your qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Proficiency in creating engaging content for various channels
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven attitude
• Familiarity with HR and Finance terminology and concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders is a plus
