- As a Reports Analyst you will be primarily responsible for providing developing and producing reports specific to Transcosmos’s Services.
- Working closely with the Service Delivery Teams, support staff and clients to develop and produce any reporting requirements.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the production, definition, and delivery of Transcosmos’s Services reports
- Ensuring that reports are completed accurately.
- Ensure that reports are delivered within the timeframe.
- Distributing all reports.
- Liaising with the Service Delivery Managers regarding all changes/updates.
- Producing ad hoc reports required by Transcosmos’s Services.
- Updating and maintaining the Report Change Control document
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Computer literate and an Excel proficiency
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications
QUALIFICATIONS (Education / Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a data analysis role
- Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document.
LANGUAGES
- Good command of written and spoken English and Hungarian (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension)
