What is the job about?
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the product line/process to minimize rejects and improve productivity.
- Prepare documentation related to error analysis, execute tests, evaluate test results, and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor the technical condition of machines and products, and develop improvement or investment strategies.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of product functionality, control plans, technical drawings, and utilize in-house equipment for troubleshooting, error detection, and rework.
- Prepare daily reports and analyses of product and process performance, especially in MGE lines, and provide feedback to BJ15 SMT production lines.
- Coach and mentor peers and technicians, ensure the quality of their work, and assist them in resolving issues.
- Organize external maintenance according to needs and schedules.
- Ensure technicians have the required competencies for operations.
- Develop long-term plans for product improvement and lifecycle management based on personal analysis.
What do you need to apply?
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Knowledge of analysis and error-solving methods (Pareto, Ishikawa, 5Why)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical mindset
