You will be at the forefront of modern software delivery, championing best practices and driving our Dev(Sec)Ops transformation.
Your tasks will be

champion modern software delivery practices, mentor teams on their implementation for safe and rapid value delivery
drive our Dev(Sec)Ops transformation by creating technical roadmaps and guidelines and evangelizing best practices
partner with product teams to design resilient, highly-available, cloud-optimized software delivery models
facilitate knowledge sharing to empower other engineers with software delivery expertise and best practices
stay ahead of the latest technologies and trends, researching and evaluating emerging tools and processes with for potential adoption
measure the efficiency and effectiveness of existing software delivery processes
use expertise to support platform teams providing services to product teams for improved software delivery outcomes
developing your own areas of technical responsibilities
using your English skills on daily basis

You will use the following methodologies during your daily work

Modern software delivery practices (platform engineering, zero-downtime deployment, DORA metrics, iterative delivery, progressive delivery, shift left and quality gates)
CI/CD & Git Ops (Git, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Fleet, Argo CD)
Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, OTEL)
Containers, orchestration, service meshes (OCI, Kubernetes, Istio)
Authorization and identity management (Okta, OAuth2, OIDC, Azure AD)
Cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Secret management solutions (Hashi Corp Vault)
Ia C (Terraform, Helm, bash)
Domain Driven Design

It’s a plus if you have experience with at least one of the following technologies

Cloud native concept and principles (e.g. distributed architectures, scalability, multi-tenancy, serverless, microservices)
Cloud native technologies (Quarkus, Spring Boot 3+, Go, Rust)
Chaos Engineering (Chaos Mesh, Litmus)
Java/Type Script/Go/Rust
