Ihre Aufgaben:

• Making holes, threaded holes, and rubbed holes on metal, plastic, plate and fiber materials
• Marking, preparation and completion of the hole positions of the holes based on the technical drawing
• Maintenance of machines required by the machine operator and keeping the work area clean

Ihr Profil:

• Professional qualification
• Thinking in a team spirit
• General machine knowledge, knowledge of materials, especially knowledge of raw materials is an advantage
• Tool sharpening experience and a crane operator's license are an advantage
• Knowledge of standard and commonly used drills, their scales and dimensions, and their practical application
• Thorough knowledge and application of standard and commonly used taps
• Knowledge and practice of standard and regularly used reamers
• Knowledge of technical drawings, measuring and marking hole positions (independently or with help)
• Carrying out drilling operations, preparation, pre-drilling, drilling, marching, reaming (independently)
• Knowledge of the basic use of drilling machines and tools (knowledge and practice of tool sharpening).
• Ability to self-check with measuring devices (caliper, hole micrometer, standard) based on the technical drawing and general hole tolerances (from table MSZ EN 20286; ISO286; DIN7168)
• Professional interest, intention of professional development
