We are looking to enhance our presence in Hungary and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the field of contract logistics and freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in contract logistics and freight forwarding.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies.
Experience & Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Business Development, ideally within the logistics sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented work approach.
High self-motivation and ability to work in a team, independent way of working
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
