Short Term / Seasonal Part Time Event Supervisor
Responsibilities
Contract Period: 6 months
The incumbent will be responsible for the following job tasks:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following job tasks:
- Supervise stage shows or attractions during seasonal events
- Create and call show cue scripts as Stage Manager
- Oversee event assistants in operating stage shows or attractions
- Develop operation manuals for individual seasonal events
- Plan and manager manpower for stage shows or attractions
- Liaise with director(s), choreographer(s), designer(s), performer(s), technician(s) and other involved parties
- Coordinate maintenance activities such as brush-up rehearsals, lighting, audio calls, on-site training etc.
- Identify potential safety or show quality issues in shows or attractions
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager

- Preferably a degree in Theatrical or Event Management from HKAPA
- Minimum of 5 years supervision experience or similar role (including Assistant Supervisor / Assistant Stage Manager / Stage Manager / Coordinator) in theater or entertainment related industry
- Familiarity with the Park's festival events and standards is advantageous
- Knowledge or strong connections with local vendors in related businesses is a plus
- Knowledge of tools for decorations, repairs, and uninstalling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- High adaptability and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Less experience would be considered as Assistant Event Supervisor
