Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily securities settlement functions including trade matching, customers fund deposit & withdrawal, SI, corporate actions & other CCASS operations
- Assist in account opening
- Provide professional customer services, maintain good relationship with customers
- Participate in system enhancements including UAT if in needed
- Handle account opening, including document review, KYC checking, etc
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines;
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in settlement operations in Securities Firm, fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Solid Knowledge of CCASS, securities settlement, 2go system;
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player;
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
