The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. Job Purpose
You will be in charge of supervising, assisting and motivating a team of sales advisors.


Your main daily tasks:

• 
  Leverage your B2B sales experience to guide the team in meeting business targets and ensuring client satisfaction
• Set clear team goals
• Monitor the team’s productivity and performance
• Ensure team compliance with quality processes and standards
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the advisors
• Design and implement personal improvement plans when necessary
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Motivate the team and recognize high performance
• Participate in client meetings to provide feedback on team performance
• Monitor absenteeism and ensure adherence to the working schedule
• Act as a role model, ensuring that everyone follows Webhelp's values

Requirements/Minimum qualifications

• 
  Proven experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex reports and translate data into actionable plans
• Ability to motivate the team and foster a strong sense of collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work autonomously/independently
• High-level proficiency in Windows/MS Office
